Denver's Child and Youth Friendly City Initiative
A Collaborative Exhibition
In the main Gallery, the Emerging Artist Gallery, Studio 11 (2nd floor) and in the hallways

The Children Youth and Environments Center for Research and Design (CYE) is working in partnership with the Denver Mayor's Office for Education and Children and Assets for Colorado Youth to explore the development of a strategic plan of action to make Denver the country's leading child-friendly city.

This month-long exhibition will feature events, discussions, an international film festival, a dance night for youth and much more. Please see the calendar of events for more information.

Denver’s Child and Youth Friendly City Initiative (CYFC) is a coalition of public and private organizations and individuals dedicated to ensuring young people have a voice and are decision makers in their communities and in Denver; strengthening people and places that make children and youth feel recognized and valued in Denver; and ensuring that the city supports the healthy development of all children and youth.

This exhibition is sponsored by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Denver Chapter, Curt Dale Community Grant Program. 910Arts and Denver’s Child & Youth Friendly City Initiative are partnering to bring greater awareness to the environmental needs and ideas of Denver’s young people.
